**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Teach Punjabi language, grammar, reading, writing, and literature to students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic activities.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Encourage students to develop a strong foundation in Punjabi speaking, reading, and writing.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide extra support to students who need additional assistance.
- Organize cultural activities related to Punjabi language and heritage.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in staff meetings and school programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Punjabi, Education, or related field.
- Teaching certification (preferred, varies by institution).
- Strong command of Punjabi language: reading, writing, and speaking.
- Prior teaching experience in schools or coaching centres preferred.
- Ability to use modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
- Good communication, patience, and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
