**Job Description**:

- **Working experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.**:

- **Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.**:

- **Experience working with advertising agencies or branding companies.**:

- **Strong verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.**:

- **Strong understanding of design and art direction.**:

- **Degree or diploma from a leading art or design institute or related field.**:

- **Leading, mentoring and guiding junior designers in the team, reviewing their work to ensure quality and compliance of design work before delivery.**:

- **Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their design needs and requirements.**

**Primary Skills**:

- **5+ years of design and branding.**:

- **Strong hands-on skills in latest Adobe Design Suits (Adobe InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop) **and other design software.**

**Secondary Skills**:

- **Foster collaboration with fellow designers on the team, as well as engage with members from various streams like marketing, digital, and communications.**:

- **Ability to make conceptual design decisions and to be able to communicate creative rationale to stakeholder.**
