**Job Description**:

- Working experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
- Experience working with advertising agencies or branding companies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong understanding of design and art direction.
- Degree or diploma from a leading art or design institute or related field.
- Leading, mentoring and guiding junior designers in the team, reviewing their work to ensure quality and compliance of design work before delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their design needs and requirements.

**Primary Skills**:

- 5+ years of design and branding.
- Strong hands-on skills in latest Adobe Design Suits (Adobe InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop) and other design software.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Foster collaboration with fellow designers on the team, as well as engage with members from various streams like marketing, digital, and communications.
- Ability to make conceptual design decisions and to be able to communicate creative rationale to stakeholder.
