**Graphic Designer**

Alkye, a leader in digital innovation, is looking for a **Graphic Designer** to join our team in Mohali. We need a creative and self-motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience who can take full ownership of design tasks, bring fresh ideas, and deliver high-quality visuals across digital and print media. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow quickly by working hands-on in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Marketing & Brand Collateral**: Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- **Logo and Identity Design**: Develop clean and versatile logos and brand elements that communicate brand identity effectively.
- **Ensure Brand Consistency**: Maintain cohesive visual language across all platforms and projects.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- **Feedback & Iteration**: Take ownership of your designs, revise based on feedback, and deliver polished outputs within deadlines.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep Alkye’s visuals fresh and competitive.
- **Manage Multiple Projects**: Balance several ongoing tasks and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of professional design experience (internship and freelance work also considered).
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing creative, clean, and versatile design work.
- **Detail Orientation**: Ability to produce precise, well-finished designs.
- **Communication Skills**: Comfortable presenting ideas and taking responsibility for design decisions.
- **Bonus Skills**: Knowledge of After Effects or other animation tools is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
