**IT Teacher - Job Overview**

As an IT Teacher, you will develop and deliver lessons that are both engaging and relevant, utilizing the latest technology and industry practices. You will also collaborate with other faculty members to ensure that IT education aligns with the institution's goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teach IT Subjects**: Deliver high-quality lessons in computer science, programming, web development, networking, and other IT-related fields based on the curriculum.
- **Develop Lesson Plans**: Create structured lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to students’ learning levels and the latest industry trends in technology.
- **Incorporate Practical Learning**: Use practical demonstrations, coding projects, and hands-on activities to give students real-world exposure to IT concepts and tools.
- **Foster Problem-Solving Skills**: Encourage students to think critically, solve technical problems, and develop their coding and troubleshooting skills through collaborative and individual projects.
- **Assess Student Performance**: Regularly evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- **Promote Digital Literacy**: Equip students with the foundational skills to navigate and excel in today’s technology-driven world, from internet safety to software proficiency.
- **Stay Updated on IT Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest IT developments, tools, and best practices, integrating them into your lessons to keep students on the cutting edge of technology.
- **Organize IT Clubs or Workshops**: Participate in or lead extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, hackathons, or workshops to further students’ learning outside the classroom.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Certification**: Relevant teaching certification or qualifications in IT education.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in teaching IT or computer science at the high school or college level (experience in industry or technical fields is a plus).
- **Teaching Skills**: Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable and engaging way.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication skills for explaining IT concepts and interacting with students and staff.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of educational technology, including digital learning tools and software used in IT teaching (e.g., coding platforms, simulation software).
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and assist students in resolving challenges.
- **Passion for Technology**: A genuine passion for technology and a desire to inspire students to pursue IT careers or further studies in tech.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable with adapting teaching strategies and materials to meet the needs of a diverse student body.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
