**Job Title**:Graphic Designer & 3D Animator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design high-quality visual assets for websites, social media, digital ads, presentations, brochures, and more.
- Create brand identities, logos, and marketing materials that align with clients’ business goals and target audiences.
- Develop compelling visuals and layouts for both print and digital media while ensuring brand consistency.
- Work with typography, color schemes, and imagery to create visually striking graphics.
- **3D Animation & Modeling**:

- Create realistic and engaging 3D animations for websites, digital ads, and product visualizations.
- Develop 3D models, textures, and animations for dynamic and interactive web content, including icons, buttons, and website transitions.
- Work on animation for promotional videos, explainer videos, and product demos that enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with web developers to integrate animations seamlessly into websites, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- **Motion Graphics**:

- Use tools like Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics for marketing videos, social media campaigns, and website elements.
- Design and animate dynamic visuals such as logo animations, transition effects, and video intros/outros.
- Create visual effects and transitions that enhance user interaction and website navigation.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Collaborate with web designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of graphic designs and animations.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to iterate and refine designs and animations based on project needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative direction of projects.
- **Optimization & Performance**:

- Ensure that all designs and animations are optimized for web performance and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
- Optimize animation files, 3D assets, and graphics for fast load times and responsive website design.
- **Client & Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate design concepts, animation progress, and project timelines effectively to clients and team members.
- Understand and incorporate client feedback to meet their visual and functional requirements.
- **Stay Updated with Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools to deliver cutting-edge visuals.
- Experiment with new tools and approaches to improve your design and animation process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 3D animation skills, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, 3D animations, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, **InDesign**, and 3D animation software such as **Autodesk Maya**, **Blender**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects** and other motion graphics software for creating dynamic, engaging animations.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles with a focus on digital platforms.
- Experience in creating web-optimized designs and animations that are responsive and compatible across various devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus, especially for integrating animations into web platforms.
