**Distributor Network Expansion**:
- Identify potential distributors in Gorakhpur through market research, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with prospective distributors to onboard them.
- Establish mutually beneficial agreements and contracts with distributors.
- Provide necessary training and support to distributors to ensure their success.
**Sales Growth and Territory Development**:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales in the Gorakhpur market.
- Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving them.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and customer segments.
- Implement sales campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Regularly visit retailers, wholesalers, and potential customers to build relationships and drive sales.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to achieve sales targets.
**Sales Team Leadership and Training**:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team in Gorakhpur.
- Set sales targets for team members and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Motivate and incentivize the team through performance recognition and rewards.
**Feedback and Data Reporting**:
- Provide regular feedback to the management and technical teams regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Share insights on product performance, customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
- Compile and report important sales data, including sales figures, market share, and competitor analysis.
**CRM Utilization and Data Management**:
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the CRM system, including customer profiles, sales activities, and interactions.
- Regularly update customer records and track sales progress.
- Generate CRM reports to analyze sales metrics, monitor distributor activities, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the CRM team to optimize CRM functionalities and address any technical issues.
**Team Coordination and Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as accounts, marketing, and production to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.
- Foster effective communication channels to share important updates and coordinate activities.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection from distributors and retailers.
- Provide sales data and insights to assist in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to resolve any billing or payment issues promptly.
- Share relevant financial information, such as credit limits and outstanding payments, with the sales team to guide decision-making during sales negotiations.
