**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**: Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. Provide expert advice and guidance to help clients make informed decisions about buying or selling properties.

**Property Listing and Marketing**: Create comprehensive property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and pertinent details. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.

**Property Showings**: Conduct property showings and tours to potential buyers, highlighting the unique selling points and features of each property. Answer inquiries and address concerns to generate interest and secure potential offers.

**Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for both buyers and sellers. Act as a mediator between parties to facilitate successful transactions.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and comparable sales. Use this data to advise clients on pricing strategies and potential investment opportunities.

**Documentation and Compliance**: Prepare and review all necessary paperwork and contracts related to property transactions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.

**Networking and Prospecting**: Build and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts. Proactively seek out potential leads and expand your client base through referrals and marketing efforts.

**Client Relationship Management**: Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process. Aim to secure repeat business and generate referrals.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of industry developments, real estate laws, and best practices to enhance your expertise and offer valuable insights to clients.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
