Principal Accountabilities:

- Primary Responsibility Supporting Actions
Service Delivery (Balance
Sheet & MIS)
Prepare Balance Sheet & get the audit (statutory audit / cost
audit & tax audit) done.
Perform period-end closing activities covering general ledger processing, provisioning, GL scrutiny and reconciliation
Prepare MIS as per monthly calendar
Ensure on time closing of books of accounts and prepare
financial statements and schedules
Perform activities assigned by Team Lead
Ensure that individual SLAs and KPI targets are met
Resolve queries (internal and external) related to R2R within
defined turnaround time
Liaise with the location teams as needed to enable the desired business outcomes
Respond to both internal and external audit queries to ensure complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests
Add to the knowledge management databases, particularly
regarding resolution of issues
Service Delivery
(Accounting)
Should be able to handle Balance Sheet & Account reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Inter Company transaction / Inter Unit transaction, Bank reconciliation & other accounting adjustments.

Experience
Good working knowledge of SAP & Excel
Good understanding of the process that
he/she is being considered for.
Balance Sheet & MIS - CA Inter /ICWA
Inter with 5 years of exp. & B. Com with 10 years of exp.
Accounting: B. Com with 7 years of
experience / CA Inter with 2 years of exp
