**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Transport Coordinator shall perform the following responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Organizes and coordinates with client for all equipment movements to and from the Rig to the Workshop and Local interstate Movements
- Ensures cost effective logistics operations.
- Maintaining and updating records for equipment dispatched and returned from worksite in the equipment tracking database.
- Ensure power-up of surface unit after getting mobilization intimation from Client
- Ensure efficient and timely movement of equipment/ shipment.
- Coordinate, maintain and update records of equipment sent for repair.
- Ensure maintenance standards of ancillary equipment are met and certificates / color coding are valid.
- Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of driver logs, DVIR, and trip reports.
- Record accurately Vehicle mileages essential for monthly reporting
- Organize the warehouse / stores in a tidy and efficient manner, ensuring easy retrieval of equipment and parts as and when required to aid shipping.
- Assist any other duties as may be assigned by Workshop Manager.
