**Role & responsibilities**
- Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
- Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
- Research and plan content strategy for social media campaigns by considering the latest trends.
- Creative inclination for generating ideas and building strategies to ensure the successful launch of campaigns.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.
- Implement strategies to increase audience engagement and grow the online community.
- Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.
- Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist.
- Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
- Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
- Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
