**STAFF -NURSE ICU (1 Open Position)**:Report to the floor in charge on duty. Check and take over the instruments and equipment’s. Take charge of the patient and patients records. On admission receive the patient and make him / her comfortable. She/he is responsible for the complete nursing care of the patient. Responsible for sending all items for sterilization to CSSD. Responsible for completing entries in the OT register. Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity, fluid intake and output. Administering intravenous fluids and medications as per doctor’s order. Treating wounds and providing advanced life support. Assist physicians with procedures such as bronchoscopy, endoscopy, endotracheal intubation, and elective cardioversion. Ensuring that ventilators, monitors, and other types of medical equipment function properly. Ensure that equipment or devices are properly stored after use. Identify malfunctioning equipment or devices.
- BSc or diploma in nursing
- Any additional certification in healthcare administration will be considered an advantage
- Valid nursing license
- In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures
- Outstanding patient management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Great organizational and time management
- Problem solver with a positive attitude **Timing: Should be flexible with only night shifts.**
- Manage and coordinate nurse schedule
- Assign patients to nurses
- Ensure adherence to all relevant nursing standards
- Maintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records
- Create reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures
- Educate and train new nurses
- Evaluate nurses’ engagement and performance
- Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions
- Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their family and friends
- Provide clinical expertise in the management of medical and psychiatric emergencies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
