**Sr. Makeup Artist Job Duties**

As a Sr. Makeup Artist, you are expected to:

- Have understanding of color theory is essential for choosing the right colors for different skin tones and creating harmonious looks
- Perform various hairstyling to complement makeup looks
- Have strong portfolio showcasing a variety of makeup styles and techniques is crucial for demonstrating your skills and attracting clients
- Perform skincare services like facial, threadwork
- Assess clients' skin and hair conditions and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide innovative services
- Be updated on the latest makeup products, brands, and tools is essential.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon, including sanitizing tools and equipment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
- Keep accurate records of client appointments, treatments, and product inventory
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide trainings to new students and other jr. makeup artist
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively

**Sr. Makeup Artist Requirements**
- Training from a reputed school.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a makeup artist
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal/written communication.
- Physical stamina and should be willing to work in business as well as non-business hours
- Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

**Benefits**
- Fully furnished 4 BHK flat is available on first floor. Out of which 2 bedrooms will be allotted for office personnel at no cost and 2 bedrooms will be reserved for owner’s member
- Office will pay the bills of TV, Internet, electricity, gas, and water
- Office will sponsor groceries for limited period of time
- Transportation cost will be reimbursed for the expense in the office’s affairs
- These benefits are not part of the salary; hence managements have rights to revoke these benefits at any point of time with/without prior notice.
