The Staff Cyber Security Architect will support Cyber Security initiatives for Baker Hughes Digital’s enterprise, customer, and industrial solutions. As a member of the Cyber Security team, this individual will partner with the enterprise, commercial and industrial teams to implement secure system architectures and designs.

As a **Staff Cyber Security Architect**, you will be responsible for:

- Defining strategy and technology roadmap for Security Architecture, assess, and deliver technical solutions, policies, standards for Baker Hughes
- Leading projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and be a recognized expert in cyber security
- Identifying security technologies and trends in the industry and ensure that BH cyber security roadmap keep pace with technological changes and innovation.
- Collaborating with the business to architect technology solutions that deliver cybersecurity systems and controls for global sites
- Conducting risk assessments and preparing preventive and reactive measures to identify security gaps and implement enhancements
- Leading the security architecture and design practice and assist engineering and operational teams execute effectively for hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud-based such as AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Having experience in multiple cyber security areas such as cloud, network, Infrastructure, IAM etc.
- Executing and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Evaluate new threats, solutions and the impact on IT and Business operations
- Collaborating with various teams across IT and business to develop and implement security solutions aligned with industry best practices
- Developing cyber security reference and designs that are compliant with regulatory, legal and enterprise security requirements
- Playing an active role in improving security awareness in the enterprise across various areas of cyber security
- Sharing security knowledge and expertise within IT and business teams to help in the cybersecurity development process of new hires

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree. A minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Have Hands-On experience with customer and commercial IT solutions
- Have Understanding of cyber security threats and vulnerabilities related to IT system architectures and design
- Have Familiar with NIST or ISO security requirements
- Have Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations
- Have Industry certifications a plus
- (CISSP, CISA, CISM, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Palo Alto, Cisco etc.)
