**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media.
- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing brand identity, logos, and packaging designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Handle multiple projects and meet design deadlines efficiently.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva**, etc.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong creativity, imagination, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve continuously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience in social media design or branding projects.
