**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the designated field(s) of expertise, employing effective teaching methodologies, course materials, and assessments to facilitate student learning and achievement.
- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to curriculum design, revision, and assessment efforts within the department or academic program, ensuring alignment with disciplinary standards, program goals, and institutional objectives.
- **Research**: Conduct original scholarly research in the designated field(s), producing peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and other scholarly outputs that contribute to the academic discourse and advance knowledge in the field.
- **Student Mentorship**: Provide academic advising, mentorship, and guidance to undergraduate and graduate students, assisting them with academic and career planning, research projects, internships, and other scholarly activities.
- **Service and Engagement**: Participate actively in departmental, college, and university committees, task forces, and initiatives, contributing to institutional governance, academic program development, and community engagement efforts.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and seminars, pursuing external funding opportunities, and staying abreast of developments in the field.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues within the department, across disciplines, and with external partners to foster interdisciplinary research collaborations, curriculum innovation, and community outreach initiatives.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Adhere to professional and ethical standards in teaching, research, and service activities, promoting academic integrity, diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.

**Qualifications**:

- Doctoral degree or terminal degree in the designated field(s) of specialization; exceptions may be made for certain professional fields or disciplines.
- Demonstrated expertise and scholarly achievement in the designated field(s), as evidenced by a record of publications, presentations, grants, awards, and other scholarly contributions.
- Teaching experience at the college or university level, with evidence of effective teaching methodologies, student engagement, and learning outcomes assessment.
- Commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service, with a passion for mentoring and supporting students' academic and professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Collegiality and professionalism, with a commitment to contributing positively to the academic community and upholding institutional values and standards.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and to adapt to changing trends and demands in higher education.
- Potential for future scholarly growth and leadership in the academic field, as evidenced by a clear research agenda, professional affiliations, and engagement in scholarly networks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
