**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
- **Brand Management**: Support the development and maintenance of the company’s brand image and ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee social media platforms, create engaging posts, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics to increase engagement and followers.
- **Advertising & Promotions**: Coordinate online and offline advertising efforts, including managing budgets, liaising with agencies, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
- **Event Management**: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and other analytics tools, and produce reports for the team and senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role (internships included). Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media tools, CRM software).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for marketing.
