**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Technical Project Coordinator/Manager** to join our growing team. You will act as the crucial link between our clients and technical team, ensuring clear communication, smooth project execution, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a sound understanding of software development lifecycles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the **end-to-end project lifecycle** in IT/software development.
- Understand client requirements and effectively **translate them to technical teams**.
- Conduct **daily stand-ups, sprint planning**, and regular team syncs to track progress.
- Ensure **timely and quality delivery** by closely collaborating with developers, designers, and QA.
- **Act as a liaison** between international clients and the internal development team.
- Create and maintain **detailed project documentation**, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Manage **multiple projects simultaneously** while balancing resources and priorities.
- Identify project risks early and implement **mitigation strategies**.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-4 years of experience in an **IT Project Coordinator/Manager** role.
- Strong technical foundation (B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Experience working with **international clients** is highly desirable.
- Sound understanding of **software development methodologies** (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Proficient with **project management tools** like JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Strong analytical and **problem-solving capabilities**.
- Ability to **lead teams**, handle pressure, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Must be **based in Indore** and available for immediate joining.
