**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling videos that align with the brand's message and goals.
Ensure high-quality visuals, smooth transitions, and effective storytelling in each video.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and visually appealing content.

**Social Media Management**:Develop and execute a social media content calendar for various platforms.
Optimize videos for each platform to maximize engagement and reach.
Monitor trends and audience preferences to enhance content strategy.
Manage and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms.

**Content Distribution**:Upload and publish edited videos on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Implement SEO strategies to enhance video discoverability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor video performance metrics on different platforms.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of social media strategies.
Make data-driven recommendations for content improvement and strategy refinement.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills.

Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Proficient in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Strong understanding of video optimization for various social media channels.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and social media developments.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Film Production, Communications, Marketing).
- Previous experience in video editing and social media management is preferred.
