With in EA you will be part of Automation CoE which delivers Automation ensuring benefits to Nokia's Business Groups and Functions via Intelligent Automation levers like RPA, Orchestration combined with intelligent algorithms, Data Processing (IDP - NLP), Intelligent Agents & Product specific automation (e.g. for SAP); Automated Data Migration.

The role owner will act as a key individual contributor and have an aptitude to learn new technologies and loves to push the boundaries in solving real problems.

**Role Summary**:
As domain architect you would be managing strategy and architecture for all technologies part of Low Code Application Development (LCAP) domain.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include, but may not be restricted to:

- Lead the development of architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with agreed requirements utilizing Service Now platform.
- Establish policies, principles and practices for the selection of solution architecture components.
- Manage trade-offs and balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organisation. Communicate proposed decisions to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage the target architecture across multiple projects or initiatives.
- Maintain a stable, viable architecture and ensures consistency of design and adherence to appropriate standards across multiple projects or initiatives.
- Contributes to and ensures implementation of agreed good practice and technical standards in meeting this vision
- Active contributor and leader within the community of Architects
- Understand business changing business needs, keep on market trends and make choice of all new / renew solutions within the Domain based on needs
- Run the process for technology selection within the Domain
- Partner with Nokia Service Now & Office 365 platform team to align on architecture guidelines and aligning on ways of working.
- Create best fit architecture for different project adhering to Security, Compliance, Integration guidelines by coordinating with relevant teams
- Drive Citizen development enablement along with setting up guard rails to ensure adherence to It guidelines

**Key Skills**:

- 16+ years of experience in implementing end to end solution on Service Now.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in driving overall architecture activities for Service Now
- Experience in creating technology architecture visions and driving architecture policies to adhere to target architecture
- In depth understanding of Service Now Platform Architecture, data model, different functional modules, Workflow, Automation, Integration capabilities as well as security & compliance modules
- Good knowhow on Service Now ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Custom Portals, SPM, Admin & Configuration.
- Extensive experience in working with Enterprise Architecture team and other cross function architects to build scalable architecture adhering to Enterprise Architecture guideline
- Strong Experience in front ending client facing discussions and drive architectural discussion for critical transformation programs
- Must have outstanding communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. This includes making presentations, leading technical discussions.
- Should be certified as Service Now Architect

**Education**:

- Bachelor/Master’s university degree in Engineering/Computer Science

Programming Skills:

- Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular
- JavaScript, PHP,.NET, Java, Python
- Database - SQL

Desirable:

- 'Start up' mindset, very 'hands on', 'get things done' attitude
- Passionate for technologies
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
- Nice to have experience on Microsoft Power Platform
- TOGAF certified
