Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or education sector.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
