**Job Title: Graphics Designer & Video Editor**

**Overview**:
As a Graphics Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and videos to support our marketing and communication efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, including illustrations, logos, banners, infographics, and other visual assets for digital and print media.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts that effectively communicate the intended message and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and enhance video footage to create polished and professional videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Incorporate visual effects, transitions, graphics, and sound effects to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats, maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to file size and resolution requirements.
- **Content Creation**:

- Brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for graphics and videos that align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Produce engaging content that captures the audience's attention and communicates key messages effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing to continually improve the quality and relevance of content.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on creative direction, feedback, and project updates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: 10000 to 20000
