**Clinic Supervisor**

MedoPlus is hiring a Clinic Supervisor to oversee operations of its clinics being set up, presently in Uttar Pradesh. These clinics offer OPD services of physicians, gynaecologists, dentists, optometrist, including day care facilities and have dedicated inhouse pharmacies.

**Job profile**
- Design and implement SOPs for daily clinic activities including clinical protocols, procedures, and guidelines and provide necessary training to clinic staff on the same including mandatory use of IT platform for all activities.
- Plan and coordinate the daily activities of clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
- Plan activities and collaborations to ensure efficient patient and optimize utilization of resources and ensure their execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Design efficient pricing points in the context of competition and socio economic profile of patients to optimise revenues.
- Desing, guide, and execute inventory management, including ordering and maintaining medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Manage overall finances of the clinics.
- Assist the management in the recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation of clinic staff, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting professional growth.
- Monitor and analyse clinic performance metrics, generating reports and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Manage patient complaints, concerns, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications expected**

A Post Graduate Degree in Healthcare Management, preferably with a Medical qualification, and a minimum of five years’ experience of supervising a chain of clinics or a 100 bed or larger hospital.

**Remuneration**

Pay: ₹10,774.18 - ₹25,922.44 per month
