Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately and quickly input data from various sources, such as paper documents, electronic files, or forms, into the company's database or designated systems.

Verify Accuracy: Double-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information during the data entry process to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

Data Validation: Review and validate data to ensure that it meets specified quality standards and follows established data entry protocols.

Organize Data: Arrange and organize data in a logical and coherent manner for easy retrieval and reference.

Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and follow established data protection and privacy policies.

Update and Edit Data: Make necessary changes or edits to existing data to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical data files in a systematic and orderly manner.

Communication: Collaborate with other team members or departments to clarify data discrepancies, obtain missing information, and resolve any data-related issues.

Report Generation: Generate reports or summaries from the entered data as requested by management or other stakeholders.

Efficiency and Productivity: Strive to maintain a high level of productivity and meet designated data entry quotas or deadlines.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data entry procedures.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certifications in data entry or office administration may be advantageous.

Typing Speed and Accuracy: Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy are essential for this role.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to collaborate with team members and convey information accurately.

Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in procedures or technology.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
