**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and self-driven Stock Market Trader to join our team. You will be responsible for executing trades, analyzing market data, and developing profitable strategies in equities, forex, or derivatives. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze financial markets for trading opportunities.
- Execute buy/sell trades based on technical and/or fundamental analysis.
- Develop, test, and refine trading strategies.
- Maintain real-time awareness of global economic and market developments.
- Prepare daily trade performance reports and risk assessments.
- Follow company guidelines on capital allocation and risk management.
- Work closely with internal teams to share insights and improve trading performance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for trading and financial markets.
- Familiarity with trading platforms like Zerodha, TradingView, MetaTrader, etc.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make fast, informed decisions.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior live or demo trading experience is a strong asset.
- Certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA Level 1+, etc.) are a plus.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused.
- Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in mentoring or educating others on financial topics (optional).
