Job Title: Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, promoting our products/services, and supporting various marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Graphic Design:

- Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and values.

2. Video Editing:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling and seamless videos, including promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, and more.
- Add graphics, animations, effects, and audio to enhance video quality and impact.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, such as social media, YouTube, and websites.

3. Multi-tasking and Prioritization:

- Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

4. Creativity and Innovation:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Bring new and innovative ideas to the table to improve visual content and engage our target audience effectively.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and ideas effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, color, and typography.
- Ability to understand and interpret brand guidelines and translate them into creative designs and videos.
- Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and optimization for online platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to tackle design challenges.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
