**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer queries and provide accurate information or direct them to the relevant department.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the reception area remains functional and presentable.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a bonus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-centric mindset and a professional appearance.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
