**Role Definition**

**Qualification**

Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing

**Experience**

3-8 years' experience in Sales & Marketing or similar job position

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven record of getting and converting leads.
- Market knowledge.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Client management.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Preferences**
- Experience of working in an Architectural/Engineering firm will be strongly preferred.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing from a good institution.
- Dynamic & Active Personality.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Prepare marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content in coordination with the design team.
- Assist in organizing and representing the firm at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.
- Maintain and update the client database, track leads, and follow up on business inquiries.
- Preparing responses, proposals, and other marketing documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
