**NOTE**:
**Freshers can also apply.**
**No Deductions of PF and ESI in the first year.**

**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC, Pump, Mechanic, Fitter machines according to given specifications.
- Review work orders and blueprints to determine the machining operations required.
- Load raw materials into the machines and monitor the machining process to ensure quality.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results and make minor repairs when necessary.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues with the machines and perform regular maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize productivity and efficiency.

**Qualifications And Skills**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding of programming languages (G-code).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and repair.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform the job duties.
