**Major Responsibilities & Deliverables**:

- Experience in Designing and Branding Communication Projects
- A designer that can understand a brand and craft concepts that connect people to the spaces
- An artist who can think visually and communicate graphically
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Strong understanding of emerging practices and design methodologies
- Ability to work independently on projects and manage team responsibilities

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge of other design-related software
- Experience in interacting with clients
- Ability to mentor and manage your designers
