**Making Outbound Calls**:

- Call customers or leads to promote products, services, or campaigns.
- Follow up on inquiries or previous communications.
- **Receiving Inbound Calls**:

- Handle customer queries, complaints, or support requests.
- Provide relevant information or redirect calls to the concerned department.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Gather customer details and update databases.
- Qualify potential leads and convert them to the sales closure.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients.
- Build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
- **Maintaining Call Records**:

- Log details of conversations, feedback, and outcomes.
- Prepare daily or weekly call reports.
- **Achieving Targets**:

- Meet assigned sales or service call quotas.
- Work toward achieving team or company KPIs.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication (verbal & listening) skills.
- Persuasive and convincing attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.).
- Patience and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
