**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
The officer will be assisting the content team in creating content - print and digital, conducting training and coordinating with facilitators of model schools.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The officer is expected to perform a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

- Developing or translating worksheets, remedial plans, and A/V teaching aids
- Visiting the model schools and helping the facilitator to resolve academic issues
- Developing or translating contents in Hindi/Marathi.
- Delivering training sessions, workshops, and events based on the given plans
- Modifying the given content based on the need of the beneficiary
- Observing and analysing the activities of different stakeholders in a model school and sharing with the content team

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS**:
**Educational Qualification**

Bachelors in Education along with Bachelors or Masters in Marathi/Hindi/ECE and have a strong command in Hindi/Marathi/English.

**Years of Experience **2 to 3 years of experience as a teacher/trainer in the primary
section of a school

**WORK SKILLS**:

- Teaching experience in Foundation Literacy and Numeracy.
- Experience in conducting teachers' training or workshops for teachers is desirable.
- Have a command of Hindi/Marathi and a fair understanding of English.
- Keen observer and has an eye for details
- Learning Orientation**: accepts mistakes and continuously seeks new knowledge and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentation, public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Digital literacy skills and proficiency in using of Google tools
- Open to travel within Maharastra

**HOURS OF WORK **08:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

There are two week offs in a month apart from casual and privilege leaves.
This job will also involve working in challenging community areas with infrastructural and other disadvantages.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
