Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of projects, including but not limited to print materials, digital assets, social media content, and more.
- Assist in the development of design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for client presentations and marketing materials.
- Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to bring creative ideas to life.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and achieve project objectives.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to contribute fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design concepts.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (academic projects, internships, or personal work).
