The HR Executive will be responsible for performing various HR-related activities for North America region. They would be working closely with employees based out of North America region and would be required to work evening shift in order to service the employees of that region.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Onboarding Process**: Lead and oversee all aspects of onboarding process including offer roll out, new hire orientation, new hire document collection & maintain employee records.
- **Separation/off boarding Process**: Lead and oversee complete separation process including employee communication, updating internal/vendor database & maintaining employee records.
- **Maintain Immigration Records**: Ensure that all new & current employee’s employment status is in place and Verified/Re verified as & when required.
- **Maintain Employee Records**:Track/maintain employee data and prepare and share fortnightly/monthly report with respective functions.****:

- **Audit & Compliance**: should be equipped to handle Geo specific audits with respect to Labor laws & other compliances.
- **Employee Queries**: ensure that all employee queries are addressed within the required SLA.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PPT etc)
- Aptitude to learn & adapt to the role requirement
- The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to service employees across North America.
