Ensure the quality of food served in all food outlets is of the highest standard possible appropriate to that area.
- Assist in training within your department and attend training sessions when requested in line with hotel requirements.
- Implement SOPs for all dishes with the aid of a Chef de Partie.
- Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
- Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines.
- Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
- Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
