**Legal Executive (Fixed Term Contract)**:
**Location**
Mumbai, India

Job Purpose/Brief of Job Role:
Munich Re India Branch is responsible to develop and manage the Agriculture reinsurance business in the Asian region in line with overall Munich Re’s global business strategy. This position will support in developing, implementing and maintaining the Legal, Compliance and Risk related framework at the branch.

This is a Fixed Term Contractual role with a tenure of 12 months.

Your job

Key Responsibilities:
1) Support in vetting of legal agreements and other legal documents as required as per regulatory requirements
2) Track new regulations and maintain regulatory updates tracker
3) Support in Executive Committee of Management and Risk Committee meeting related document preparation
4) Supporting other ancillary activities from time to time

Competencies:
1) Enjoys working in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
2) Proactive and dynamic problem solver with a talent for dealing with ambiguity.
3) Self-starter but also a strong collaborator
4) Good Agreement Drafting Skills

**Profile**:
Education & Experience:
Law graduate with 2 to 3 years’ experience in legal/compliance team (contract management)

Good to Have:
MS word, PPT and excel. Insurance Industry experience will be an added advantage
