**1. Brand Design & Visual Content**:

- Develop and maintain Bong Pizza’s brand identity through consistent visual storytelling across digital and print platforms.
- Design promotional materials, including banners, posters, social media graphics, and in-store visuals.

**2. Menu & Packaging Design**:

- Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams to create and update menu designs that reflect the brand's culinary offerings and aesthetic style.
- Design packaging and labels that are visually appealing and align with Bong Pizza’s eco-friendly values.

**3. Campaigns & Promotions**:

- Create visuals for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Adapt designs to different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, website, and in-store digital screens.

**4. Customer Engagement**:

- Develop interactive and engaging content, such as GIFs, videos, and motion graphics, to enhance customer engagement on digital platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to create visuals that align with market trends and customer preferences, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where Bong Pizza is expanding.

**5.Collaborations & Communication**:

- Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and interior design teams to ensure all visual materials are cohesive with the outlet’s unique interior themes.
- Liaise with printing vendors and other external partners to ensure high-quality output.

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on design trends in the restaurant and hospitality industry, adapting new techniques to enhance Bong Pizza’s brand appeal.
- Provide insights on improving visual identity through innovative design elements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 2 years (preferred)
