We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization & Design**: Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements, project specifications, and industry trends.
- **Space Planning**: Create effective layouts, ensuring efficient utilization of space while maintaining aesthetics and functionality.
- **Material & Color Selection**: Choose appropriate materials, colors, lighting, and furniture to align with design concepts.
- **3D Visualization**: Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and walkthroughs using software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender.
- **Technical Drawings**: Prepare detailed 2D drawings, mood boards, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant tools.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and design principles.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Ability to think outside the box and bring unique design concepts to life.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and precision in visualization.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and visual communication for presentations and client discussions.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **commercial**, or **hospitality**interior design.
- Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
