Requirement : Internal Auditor
CTC: Rs. 6-10 LPA (depending on the experience & current salary)
Work Experience: 0 to 4 years
Qualification: CA
Location : Tardeo Road, Mumbai
Job Description:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures.
- Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
- Review the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial information and other disclosures provided to management.
- Discuss audit findings and recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to senior management.
- Monitor the timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports.
- Responsible for execution of Internal Audit assignments.
- Prepare / write audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.
Experience:
- Experience of internal audit, Internal Financial Controls, Due-diligence audits, forensic audits, SOP documentation.
- Experience of internal audit of listed entities
- Should be able to independently handle Internal Audit Assignments.
- Should be able to draft an Internal Audit Report.
- Sound Knowledge of IND AS and regulatory laws like Companies Act, Income Tax, GST etc.
Skills required:
- Process orientation and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in tools (i.e. MS Excel, MS word, Power point etc.) and audit techniques.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Manage complex situations and multitask
- Team leading skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Should be able to effectively communicate with audit committee and senior management
- Good English speaking and writing skills
