**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**: Initiate and manage outbound calls to professionals and businesses in the USA, presenting our social media marketing services as solutions to enhance their online visibility and engagement.
- **Sales Pitching**: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of using our services for brand promotion on major social media platforms.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals.
- **Objection Management**: Confidently handle objections, address concerns, and use negotiation techniques to turn conversations into successful outcomes.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about trends in social media marketing to position our services as cutting-edge solutions.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal team to align sales strategies with company goals and provide feedback to improve offerings.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations and convert them into opportunities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing potential.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work during USA time zones (night shift).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
