Sales Counselor

**Job Summary**:
The Patient Counselor will be the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for understanding their skin and hair concerns, explaining treatment options, and guiding them through the consultation and service process at Sakhiya Skin Clinic. They play a crucial role in building trust and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet patients warmly and professionally.
- Understand patients’ concerns regarding skin, hair, and cosmetic needs.
- Educate patients on suitable treatments, procedures, and service packages.
- Explain pre and post-treatment instructions and answer queries.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk for smooth patient flow.
- Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and further sessions.
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Achieve counseling targets (package conversion, upselling, etc.).
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to patients.
- Maintain a calm and friendly attitude even under pressure.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Science, Nursing, or related field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with convincing ability.
- Prior experience in skin clinic, cosmetic, wellness, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of skin and laser treatments is a plus (training will be provided).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (as per location).

**Work Schedule**:

- 6 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts | Sunday Working (Weekly off on weekday)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
