**Field Executive
- Loan Debt Recovery process**

**Roles and responsibility**

Ø Connect with the customer through via Phone or E-mail or in person visit to discuss about the overdue payment and request immediate payment or arrange repayment plans.

Ø Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally with customers to provide clear information on overdue, pending bills, payment options and consequences of non-payment.

Ø Maintain proper records of customers of all the communication through call follow-ups, payment agreement and more regular follow-up action has to be taken.

Ø Suggest suitable plan and negotiate with the customer for the settlement of outstanding debts.

Ø Follow company polices and procedure to ensure ethical and debt recovery practices with using strategies.

Ø Responding to customer quires

Ø ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations of debt collection practices

Ø perform tracing techniques to track customers who have changed their contact information and are in difficult to reach.

Ø Working closely with legal teams and other senior managers within the organization to escalate cases as needed and to ensure effective debt recovery.

Ø Providing regular reports to management on the status of debt recovery efforts, including successes, challenges, and potential risks.

Ø Despite the challenging nature of their role, should often maintain professionalism and empathy in their interactions with debtors, striving to achieve a positive outcome.

**Requirement**

Ø Education
- 10th or 12th pass/ Any degree with Finance or business will be added advantage

Ø Experience
- Previous experience in debt recovery.

Ø Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks.
- Computer Knowledge is mandatory with accounting software

Ø Language preferred
- Kannada

Ø License/ certificate
- DRA certificate

Ø Location
- work from office and in the fields Bangalore.

Ø Preferred - Males only

Ø Two-Wheeler is mandatory
