We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven professional with under 1 year of experience to contribute to our start-up’s growth and work closely with the founders.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Attend demo calls with partners, actively participating and capturing key points
Summarize demo call discussions and share concise notes with relevant stakeholders
Provide a brief introduction about the company and its offerings to new partners
Assist in partner onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration into our ecosystem
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Support the founders in various operational tasks, contributing to strategic decision-making

**Requirements**:
Fresher or an individual with one year experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
Proficiency in using collaboration tools and software
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving
