Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Bathinda

Salary Range: ₹8000 to ₹12000 per month

**Job Description**:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our products or services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Explaining our products or services to potential customers.
- Gathering and documenting customer information accurately.
- Identifying customer needs and providing relevant product or service information.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Updating the customer database with relevant information.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure targets are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
