**Required Skills**:
We are lookout for a Broadcast Producer.
- To confer with audio and video editors, operations directors, production manager, casters and marketers to prepare better audio-video set-ups.
- To make and manage technical setups at all Gaming events and Studios.
- To be responsible for ensuring compliance with network and government regulations and setting up video transitions and testing equipment, such as video switchers and video effects generator etc.(Hardware + Software)
- Other duties include scheduling studio use and set ups.
- Any responsibilities assigned by management or reporting seniors regarding the technical setups.

**Must haves**:

- 1-3 years experience in managing technical streaming set ups over VMIX or OBS.
- Should understand and know about popular pop culture references, gaming and esports.
- Must be able to follow deadlines.
- Team Player - Able to work with other team members and train them if needed.
- Very Good communication skills - English / Urdu, Very precise shot-calling during shows while talking to casters / analysts.
- Game knowledge - PUBGM/FreeFire / Valorant / CSGO / Dota 2 / FIFA
- Knowledge of using Hardware Audio Mixers / Video Mixers.
- Advanced Knowledge of the following softwares
- VMIX - Replays, Titling, Streaming, SRT Feeds, Audio Routing, Video Routing, Graphics Playout, Advanced Shortcuts, Triggers, Data Sourcing, Virtual Sets.
- OBS / XSPLIT
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹223,218.29 - ₹500,074.03 per year
