CTO Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
**Purpose**:

- The Enterprise Data Analytics Architecture and Platform Team is responsible for the Platform and Solution Architecture for Data Analytics space for the Firm, therefore it receives investment dollars from our business partners to deliver the required platforms and data analytics solution architecture and make available the integrated results. To deliver on this investment we need skilled resources and managers to execute this work following our Enterprise Architecture standards, best practices and processes.
- In this role, you will play a key role in advancing and maintaining Enterprise Data Analytics Platform Capabilities and Solutions.
- You will be an innovative, curious data professional who helps the organization build more innovative enterprise capabilities in the Data Analytics space by executing efforts towards evaluations, POCs and Pilot for new and existing Technology stacks for the upcoming Enterprise use cases to strengthen the Data Analytics Platform to improve performance, functionality and cost of the Firm’s Data Analytics solutions while adhering to enterprise standards. This role will also entail the development of Data architecture for Platforms and also Pilot development during the technology Incubation state. In this role, you will lead and partner with various teams from the sector and global teams for the solution developed using the new technology stack for Applications and support business ensuring timely delivery employing the technical skills of Big Data Engineer, Azure and Data Architecture with knowledge of Machine Learning being an added advantage.

**Accountabilities**:

- This role will be a hands on role and would serve as technology SME for Big Data Technologies and Machine Learning
- Stacks
- This role will be evaluating new Data Analytics, Data Management tools and cloud technologies like Azure Data
- Factory,Databricks, Azure Synapse, Gurobi, Tellius,Kubernetes to strengthen the Data Analytics Plaftorm and improve the
- performance, functionality and cost of Data advanced solutions (Responsible, Accountable)
- This role serves as a technology SME consulting with Data Analytics architects and leadership (Consulted)
- This role serves as a technology SME for Data Analytics data engineers - supporting data ingestion and transformation
- technologies, and implement performance optimization strategies - (Responsible, Accountable)
- This role serves as a technology SME for Data Technologies - like Synapse, Streaming Analytics and Advanced Analytics
- Technologies like Time Series Database, Azure Machine Learning, Azure App Service
- Knowledge of one of the programming languages like Python, Scala a must.

Qualifications:
**Years of Exp**:

- 8+ years of experience in Big Data Engineering and Azure Cloud Technologies
- 5+ years with any Programming Language Python/Scala
- 3+ Any database systems.

**Mandatory Technical Skills**:

- Expertise and hands on experience in Big Data Engineering in Azure
- 2. Proficiency in ADF, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Stream Analytics, Time Series Analytics, DevOps, Data flow implementations, Azure App services, Azure CI-CD pipeline
- Good understanding of Data/Analytics ecosystem components
- Experience with Programming Language Python/Scala
- Experience in large scale data integration and management with 3rd party ETL tools
- Experience on Machine Learning development is a plus
