**Job Overview**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **1-3 years of experience in device buyback, repair, or sales.**
- HSC, Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct physical inspections and evaluations of various telecom products across

different brands.
- Identify device conditions, detect issues, and assess product functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques in the telecom

industry.
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding device assessment and pricing.
- Offer competitive buyback pricing based on market trends and product conditions.
- Convert potential customers inquiring about device prices into buyback transactions.
- Maintain records of buyback transactions and ensure compliance with company

policies.
- Work collaboratively with store teams to enhance customer experience and optimize

buyback processes.
- Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in device assessment and repair.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong technical knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and tablets.
- Experience in device repair and problem diagnosis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in the telecom industry or a similar role is preferred.
