**Responsibilities**:

- Understand training objectives, target audience, and content requirements.
- Develop engaging and effective scripts for training videos, e-learning modules, presentations, and other training materials.
- Write clear and concise dialogue, narration, and instructions that effectively communicate key concepts and learning objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve training scripts.
- Ensure that training scripts adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and instructional design.
- Work closely with multimedia specialists, graphic designers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing training materials.
- Review and edit existing training scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators on script delivery and implementation.
- Collaborate with translation and localization teams to adapt training scripts for international audiences, as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
