**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design and architectural projects using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and other project stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate conceptual ideas into accurate drawings.
- Produce comprehensive interior layout plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
- Review and interpret design sketches, specifications, and other project documentation to create precise and cohesive construction drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers and design teams to incorporate revisions and changes into existing drawings, maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the drafting process.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior draftsmen, supporting their professional development and enhancing overall team efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in interior design and architecture, integrating relevant knowledge into drafting practices.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of experience** as an AutoCAD draftsman, with a specialization in interior design and architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with advanced skills in 2D drafting.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, architectural standards, and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to produce high-quality drawings within project deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design and architecture.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Drafting Technology, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
