DISPATCH DEPARTMENT OVER ALL ACTIVITY.

- **One & Two Year Experience.**

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word, Power Point, office outlook etc.,) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) & SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing).

Job Responsibilities:

- Working in Dispatch department, Over all monitoring & looking a dispatch activity.
- Domestic & Export dispatches & documentation filling the same accordingly maintain.Preparing E - Invoice, E-way bill, Stock transfer invoices, Returnable & Non-Returnable gate pass, Delivery Challan, Job work register etc.
- All Documentation Prepared & checking -Invoice, packing list, E Way bill, physically verify the loading material, dispatch according to plan and proper communication with party and give dispatch details the customer through mail.
- Purchase order wise planning for dispatch and co-ordination with production.Planning & arrange the transportation, rate negotiation & finalized of transportation with transporter. Vehicle placement & transporter bill processing with Accounts for payment, new transporter development by quotation.
- On time Dispatch Delivery Order Wise/PO Wise & Maintain the Material Stock on FIFO and LIFO Basis.
- Arrangement to Transporters per dispatch planning & Shipment tracking and updating the customer on timely basis.
- To co-ordinate with production & Q.C department for all function related to outgoing material.
- Handling & manage the material sifting & storage also verify the physical stock at every day & To transfer material from quarantine area to release zone, rejected zone.
- Co-Ordinate with Q.C dept. for the sampling, labeling, & verification of the Finished material.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- PADRA & VADODARA, Padra - 391440, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
