**Job Title**: Phonics Teacher / Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Phonics Instruction**:

- Teach phonics concepts, including letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and decoding words.
- Develop lessons that align with phonics-based reading programs and literacy standards.
- Support students in mastering reading fluency, spelling, and pronunciation.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate phonics lessons tailored to the needs of individual learners.
- Use creative teaching methods such as songs, games, and activities to make learning phonics fun and interactive.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Assess students’ progress in reading and writing through regular evaluations and observations.
- Identify areas where students need additional support and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage group dynamics effectively.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about students’ progress and provide suggestions for at-home practice.
- Share resources to help parents reinforce phonics learning outside the classroom.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 per week
